My wife had uterus contraction from 9 pm last night every 20 minute. I did not know any thing to say, just kept her arms, and massaged the back and so on. That kept over night. We got the sleep within some hours only, even thought we still got some dreams. So tired- but it is just the opening point, actually, we will have a long day to be exhausted. We took some pictures in front of the hospital with Christmas pine and hospitality at 12 am. In waiting or preparation room, P lay down on the bed and wait the pain going. The nurse makes a connection between a machine and abdomen to continuous checking the fetal heart rhythm and uterus contraction. In the white board, attach in the wall, the histogram showed how the frequency and amplitude of contraction during delivery time. Every 5-10 minute is uteus opening in 4 cm, 2-4 minute is opening in 6-8 cm and 1-2 minute is 9-10 cm- starting delivery time. We thought that is the longest time in our life. Continuously, the pain came and went, the shorter time, the more painful. My wife had to just kept deep breath and scream if cant stand. My mother and Oanh-P younger sister sit near by and help us
